“Floss Granting Pleasure” (Spritz) is the only dog in the United States from the famous “Granting Pleasure” kennel in Germany, which has produced many dogs at the top of world competition. They are highly sought after in Europe and are known for their drive, temperament, structure and speed.
I went to Germany to pick up Spritz after his full sister (Amazing Gill) won the 2005 FCI World Cup Championship. Since then his full siblings from older breedings have been placing in the top 10 worldwide. All of these Granting Pleasure border collies are full siblings as their parents are Liz and Hank. Spritz is from the last breeding (the “F” litter) of these two dogs (who had a total of 5 litters of proven performance dogs). Krisztina Kabai is doing very well right now with Spritz’s older sister, Chili Pepper, (from the “C” litter).
Spritz is a sweet, lover boy who always wants to please, is very biddable, loves everyone and especially little dogs. He goes crazy for tiny dogs!
The lines are from herding dogs and so they are also good on sheep. Although they are bred for brains before beauty, Spritz is also a very handsome boy.
